We suggest customers experience our meals in a three-course style; entree, main, and dessert. Our food is very original with extra flavors and surprises. It is a European-inspired Japanese fusion style based on Koichi's 17 years of experience as a chef. Koichi worked at many hotels and restaurants both in Japan and in NZ, such as Crowne Plaza Hotel, Remarkable Lodge in Queenstown and The George Hotel in Christchurch.
