OSTRO

SNAPDRAGON

Sigley and Gault embarked on a marathon mission across both coasts of the US, sourcing the perfect mix to establish a legendary fine Steak House. Gault imported specialized meat cookers to cater for the varying meat cuts.

The Steak House dcor is elegant black, red and white with upstairs and downstairs dining, a private dining room for 12 - 14 and a saloon bar which is refined, but a lot of fun.

Cocoro means 'the heart and soul' in Japanese, we have chosen this name because we aim at providing our food and service with all our heart and soul. cocoro is located on a quiet side street off the busy Ponsonby Road, in an old brick building. South East Asian restaurant Monsoon Poon offers choices from the exotic flavours of Indian, South Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai, the Philippino, Malaysian and Indonesian cuisines,  all on one menu.Take a seat in the vibrant restaurant and watch the South East Asian chefs wield their tools of trade in full view of the dining room.  Booths and large tables make for an intimate or sociable dining experience, where the wide range of cooking styles can be enjoyed by sharing dishes.  Our bar area offers an impressive range of wine and spirits. We also have  a fantastic cocktails list and a Lucky Hour every day 4-6pm where you can enjoy a Cocktail of the Day $10 , a tap beer $5 or a glass of wine $7.  Monsoon Poon’s famous ‘Firecracker Club’ is the first Monday of each month and we have a range of excellent banquet menus, available for large groups and sharing is encouraged.

Located in the heart of Auckland’s Freeman’s Bay, Clooney is a partnership between restaurateur Tony Stewart and Chef

Desmond Harris.  Chef Harris’ cuisine melds the tradition of classical cuisine with a contempory approach to ingredients

and technique. Clooney’s dishes are continually in progress, reflecting seasonality, inspiration and evolution.  
Wine list development & wine/food pairings are undertaken by Restaurant Manager/Sommelier Gary Olasz.

Clooney embraces the European tradition of constantly changing menus, which reflect the use of seasonal produce, both familiar and rare.
