Located on Level 1 of Hilton Auckland, FISH brings to life a new partnership between the world renowned Hilton brand and the expertise of Simon Gault from Masterchef New Zealand and the Nourish Group of restaurants.

Under the watchful eye of Masterchef New Zealand Simon Gault, Shane Yardley has created a dynamic and mouth-watering menu to include fresh catch such as snapper, hapuka, Bluff oysters, lobster and crayfish from New Zealand fishing waters.

Shane Yardley’s menus offer creative fish and seafood recipes plus beef, lamb and more meat dishes such as the High Country rack of lamb with eggplant puree or the Barrel cut eye fillet with truffle parmesan cream.
