Enjoy al Fresco dining all year round in this stunning location looking across the valley, the east facing restaurant captures the final rays of the setting sun a perfecto place to be positioned apres the beach enjoying the company of friends and the great service from the Poderi Crisci family. Mudbrick Winery and Restaurant is a beautiful restaurant on Waiheke Island, just 35 minutes from the central city in Auckland. Relax and enjoy a lunch, dinner or wine tasting in our beautiful vineyard by the sea. Our winery restaurant has a wonderful ambience, and has been described as “one of the most romantic places on earth”. Our chefs have won international acclaim showcasing the best NZ ingredients.

Tastings are available seven days, all year, no appointment necessary. Our Cellar Door menu provides a selection of lighter lunch options should you wish to linger longer and enjoy the view in a casual setting amongst the Potager gardens.

We specialise in the cuisine of Spain and the wider Mediterranean Rim and take enormous pleasure in sharing our love for fine food, wine and sherry. Casita Miro is all about shared dining and our 'tapas' and 'raciones' (large plates) are perfect for a fun, relaxed and social dining experience.  

Casita Miro has been winner or runner up for the last three years in the 'Best Rural Restaurant' category of Metro Magazine's Top 50 Auckland Restaurants. In addition, proprietor Cat Vosper won the title of 'Restaurant Personality of the Year' in 2011.
